The present invention provides a drying device for organic waste supplying organic waste with an injection method to be evenly supplied to an overall space. The drying device for organic waste comprises: a drying fermentation tank receiving and storing the organic waste from a transfer conveyor; a saddle provided to be rotated to an upper portion of a post; a mixing screw mixing the waste; and a heat source supply means providing a heat source to a floor unit of the drying fermentation tank. |
