<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when congestion occurs on a communication path passing through an NNI(Network-Network Interface), sufficient communication quality may not be secured.SOLUTION: The communication equipment includes: a path quality measurement part for measuring the path quality of a first communication path passing through an NNI; a path quality determination part for determining whether or not the path quality of the first communication path measured by the path quality measurement part exceeds a predetermined reference; and a communication part for, when it is determined that the path quality of the first communication path exceeds the predetermined reference by the path quality determination part, performing communication via the first communication path, and for, when it is determined that the path quality of the first communication path does not exceed the predetermined reference, performing communication via a second communication path passing through a UNI(User-Network Interface).</p> |
