<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique allowing a worker to easily and accurately compare waveforms according to respective shapes of a plurality of measuring objects. <P>SOLUTION: A displacement sensor system 10 includes a displacement sensor 11, a display part 33 having a display screen 33A, and a control circuit 30. The control circuit 30 executes: an extraction process for extracting reference portions X1-X4 that are portions of a plurality of signal waveforms V1-V4 corresponding to the respective shapes of a plurality of workpieces W, representing reference levels of the signal waveforms, on the basis of a measuring signal SG3 output from the displacement sensor 11; and a display process for displaying, on the display screen 33A, the plurality of signal waveforms V1-V4 in a state of matching the reference portions X1-X4 that have been extracted in the extraction process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
