摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a biological water treatment device capable of securing satisfactory water quality by efficiently performing denitration and the discharge of phosphorous.SOLUTION: The controller comprises: inflow phosphorous amount detection means of detecting the amount of phosphorous in the water to be treated made to flow from the outside of a system into a preliminary sedimentation basin; anaerobic tank inflow water amount adjustment signal output means of outputting a signal with the amount of the water to be treated made to flow into the anaerobic tank as a prescribed value in accordance with the output value of the inflow phosphorous amount detection means; and preliminary sedimentation basin inflow water amount adjustment means provided between the outside of the system and the preliminary sedimentation basin and adjusting the amount of the inflow water to be treated into the preliminary sedimentation basin in accordance with the output value of the anaerobic tank inflow water amount adjustment signal output means.</p>
