The method comprises: a new class named Group is added in a 3GPP standard model; and new properties a self group and a related group are added in a NodeB function (NodeBFunction) and a corresponding relationship between the Group and the NodeB is established. The present invention solves the problem of difficult network management and has the beneficial effect of easy network management. |
