The present invention is to provide milk of which a preservation period is relatively long by including a natural preservative. To this end, the milk of the present invention includes 1 to 5 parts by volume of the natural preservative with respect to 100 parts by volume of pure milk. According to the present invention, the milk can increase conservativeness of milk itself as antibacterial properties are increased by adding the natural preservative made of a grapefruit seed extract or a plum extract, to normal milk. In addition, new nutrients which the normal milk does not contain are provided to the milk by the natural preservative, thereby providing nutritionally excellent milk. |
