<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce kinds of components, manufacturing cost, and transportation and storage costs in the point-switch for a monorail. <P>SOLUTION: A switching rail 4 is connectable to an upstream side joint rail connected to a main rail 1 on the upstream side in a traveling direction and is curved to one side and is connectable to a downstream side joint rail connected to a main rail 2 on the downstream side. A point-switching device for a monorail is erected from a rail base 14 formed in a right-angled triangle. When using the switching rail 4 at the curve on one side, the switching rail 4 is connected with the upstream side joint rail and the downstream side joint rail. When using the switching rail 4 at a curve on the other side, the front and rear ends of the switching rail 4 are replaced with each other, the rail base 14 is placed upside down, a downstream joint rail post is attached to one face of the rail base 14 and erected therefrom, and the switching rail 4 is connected to the upstream side joint rail and the downstream side joint rail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
