The present invention relates to a submersible stirrer capable of rotating a stirrer to stir water. More specifically, the submersible stirrer includes: a stirring unit which stirs and circulates a fluid in a submerged position; a lifting support which supports the stirring unit while the stirring unit is in the submerged position; and a rotation tool which rotates the lifting support. The rotation tool includes: a driving motor which provides a driving force to rotate the lifting support; a driving semi-gear which is coupled to the driving shaft of the driving motor to be rotated by the driving motor and has gear teeth formed only within a predetermined angle range; a driven gear which mesh with the driving semi-gear to be coupled to the lifting support and is rotated by the driving semi-gear to rotate the lifting support; and a driving force transmission unit which surrounds the perimeters of the driving semi-gear and the driven gear to rotate while meshing with the driving semi-gear according to the rotation of the driving semi-gear or mesh with the driven gear to rotate and transmit the driving force. The submersible stirrer can be rotated by the rotation tool in a direct connection scheme to prevent unnecessary loss of the driving force, minimize the installation space, and reduce the construction cost.
