A pseudo-solar radiation device is capable of radiating pseudo-solar light having a spectral coincidence that does not significantly change across a broad radiation surface. The pseudo-solar radiation device (100) is equipped with an optical coupling member (7) in which an incident surface (7a) is larger than an emission surface (7b), and the position of the incident-side surface of a light-guide plate (8) is closer to the incident surface (7a) of the optical coupling member (7) than to the boundary between an opening (8a) and a light-blocking part (8b). |
