<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning display method which accurately predict frame movement of grouping to more accurately warn a driver in a vehicle about the existence of a dangerous object, and a warning display program. <P>SOLUTION: The warning display method includes the steps of: detecting feature quantities from a captured image of the periphery of a vehicle; grouping feature quantities having the same attribute on the basis of the detected feature quantities; setting a reliability indicative of a risk level to the vehicle, of an object image included in a grouped image region; if the reliability is in a prescribed level or higher, displaying a warning on a display device provided in such a position that the driver can view the display device; and predicting a position in the next frame of the grouped image region by using an acceleration calculated on the basis of an average of motion vectors between an image in a frame immediately before the previous frame and an image in the previous image and an average of motion vectors between the image in the previous frame and an image in a current frame, of pixels constituting the grouped image region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
