<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-flexibility slide metal fitting for an accessory chain adaptable to diverse design and tightly holding even an extremely thin chain. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the slide metal fitting for the accessory chain passes: a first step of sending out a tube member made of a noble metal material, pressing it by a primary die, and shaping a beaded member 2 wherein a plurality of hollow component formation parts 3 continue; a second step of fixing the beaded member 2, and inserting a tube-like elastic member 4 through a tube hole 2a of the beaded member 2; a third step of pressing the respective hollow component formation parts 3 of the beaded member 2 through which the elastic member 4 is inserted by a secondary die, and compressing the respective hollow component formation parts 3 to press the elastic member 4 into hollow parts S of the hollow component formation parts 3 in a close state without a space; and a fourth step of cutting off the respective hollow component formation parts 3 together with the elastic member 4 to obtain hollow components 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
