The present invention is to prevent sand or water from adhering to a spring member biasing a rotary member of a power supply device and thus cause the power supply device to smoothly and reliably perform a biasing operation of the rotary member over a long period. Provided is a protection structure for a spring member of power supply devices (1, 55) including: base members (2, 70); cover members (4, 64) provided integrally with or separately from the base members; rotary members (5, 67) supported swingably by the base members and the cover members and leads out and holds a wire harness; and annular spring members (6, 68) biasing the rotary members in any one of swing directions, wherein the spring members are housed inside the cover members so that foreign matters are prevented from adhering to the spring member from the outside. |
