<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation apparatus which has improved power generation conversion efficiency by reducing wind pressure torque to the back surface of a wind mill, and to provide a movable body mounted with the wind power generation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The wind power generation apparatus includes a wind mill mechanism 8 having a rotation plate 13 with a rotational main shaft MS connected with a rotor of a generator AN and a plurality of foldable wings 20 which are freely and extensively attached to rotation plates 13, 19 so as to be foldable where the foldable wing 20 is formed so as to rise when existing on a position where a wind receiving surface receives wind, and fall when existing on a position where the wind receiving surface does not receive wind. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
