<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a medicine component in a specimen in which a medicine and a medicine metabolite are mixed in an analytical method and an analytical device using a mass spectrometer. <P>SOLUTION: The analytical method for analyzing a concentration of a medicine in a specimen by applying incident voltage to the specimen in which the medicine and a medicine metabolite metabolized by conjugating the medicine with a conjugate by a medicine metabolizing enzyme are mixed and introducing the specimen to the mass spectrometer includes: a monitoring step S301 for monitoring a dissociation state of the conjugate from the medicine metabolite while changing the incident voltage; a selection step S302 for selecting the incident voltage on the basis of the dissociation state in the monitoring step S301; and a concentration measurement step S305 for measuring the concentration of the medicine in the specimen by applying the incident voltage selected in the selection step S302 to the specimen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
