<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the degree of freedom for the arrangement of a tube transporting liquid.SOLUTION: A micropump includes: a tube through which liquid circulates; a rotating cam; a plurality of fingers slidably held between the tube and the cam, and including at least one curved finger; and a tube guide frame holding the tube from a side opposite to a side contacted by the fingers. The fingers sequentially close the tube from a liquid inlet port to a liquid discharge port to allow the liquid in the tube to circulate by rotation of the cam.</p> |
