<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which is suitable for measuring the diameter of a damaged nerve. <P>SOLUTION: The nerve measuring device 10 includes a long and narrow flat board 11, in the first surface 21 of which a plurality of grooves 23, 24, 25 different in width from each other are prepared. The flat board 11, which is long and narrow, can be inserted into a deep position from an incision without the incision enlarged to an unnecessary scale.
