The present invention is to generate a mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen by electrolyzing an electrolytic solution included in an electrolytic cell, comprising an electrolytic cell, an electrode plate, a pressurizing unit, and a spray nozzle unit. The electrolytic cell has the electrolytic solution. a plurality of electrode plates are placed to be spaced in the electrolytic cell, and generates a mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen while electrolyzing the electrolytic solution by applying power. The pressurizing unit is installed to be connected with the outside of the electrolytic cell, and resupplies the electrolytic solution leaked from the electrolytic cell, to the electrolytic cell by pressurizing. The spray nozzle unit is installed to be spaced apart from the electrolytic cell, and removes air bubbles attached to the electrode plate by spraying the pressurized electrolytic solution to an electrode plate side when supplying the pressurized electrolytic solution. |
