<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of a metal material which is applied to, for example, the surface treatment of an aluminum die-cast die brought in contact with, for example, molten aluminum, and capable of providing the excellent corrosion resistance (the erosion resistance) on the surface of the metal material, and the metal material using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The surface treatment method of the metal material includes a first step of forming a heat crack resistant layer on a surface of a metal material, a second step of forming an erosion-resistant layer in which a chromium layer and a chromium nitride layer are alternately layered on its surface, and a third step of forming a wear-resistant and heat-resistant layer on an uppermost surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
