<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic capable of expressing high ion conductivity and stability while preferably using as a solid electrolyte in various electrochemical devices, such as lithium ion secondary battery or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The glass ceramic comprises a lithium atom and a sulfur atom, wherein the glass ceramic is obtained by raw materials comprising lithium sulfide (x by mol% basis), diphosphorus trisulfide (y by mol% basis) and a third component (z by mol% basis) by fulfilling the conditions which are as follows: x is≥70.5 mol% and≤80 mol%; y is≥0.1 mol% and≤15 mol%; z=100-x-y; and z>0, and the third component is a sulfide having at least one atom selected from group 13 to group 15 of the periodic table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
