<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scribing wheel which can be manufactured at lower cost and which attains a longer life. <P>SOLUTION: The scribing wheel includes a base which is formed with a cemented carbide, includes a disk flat plate part and a projecting part which projects from one main face of the flat plate part, passes through from the projecting part to the other main face of the flat plate part, and includes an insertion hole into which a pin for holding the scribing wheel to be able to freely rotate is inserted, a blade edge part which is formed with single crystal diamond, and has a disk shape, and whose outer periphery part is a blade edge having a cross section of a triangle shape, and a cap part which is formed with a cemented carbide and has a disk shape, and the projecting part is formed by being inserted into through holes respectively provided at the blade edge part and the cap part, and the blade edge is configured to project outside the flat plate part and the outer periphery part of the cap part in a state where the blade edge part is put between the flat plate part and the cap part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
