The disk brake (2) has a brake housing which has a central holding fixture for a disk ring to be braked. The holding fixture is assigned to upper or lower cam movable brake shoes. The upper and lower brake shoes have multiple separated, adjacently spaced friction lining carriers. The brake housing has a separation rod which extends between two adjacent friction lining carriers.
