A power supply input device including a first resistance (Rp) of a discharge resistance conversion unit connected in parallel to a discharge resistance unit (140); and a switching unit of the discharge resistance conversion unit connected to the first resistance (Rp) and performing a switching operation according to an externally received control signal, thus minimizing power losses occurring when a system is in a standby mode.
