The present invention relates to a medical suture, which is inserted into the skin by a needle and forms positive thorns and negative thorns to face each other in the forward and rearward directions of the suture, so as to suture cut skin during surgical procedures, and pull and hold loose and sagging skin during plastic surgery procedures. More specifically, as positive thorns (11) sloped in the reverse direction to the direction of inserting the suture (10) and negative thorns (12) sloped in the insertion direction are formed at a ratio of 3:7, the support action for a pulling force from the skin and the holding force in the skin make the optimal combination. Therefore, the satisfaction of use can be excellently provided by ensuring optimal bearing power in the skin. |
