A two wheeled, hand driven, lamina material, shape cutting device comprises a two part substantially pistol shaped body 30, the two body parts when assembled create an inverted V-shaped lower main body with a rearward facing protrusion forming an ambidextrous graspable handle; to facilitate movement a pair of axled wheels 15, (16) are attached to the outer surface upon the lower section of each inverted V-shaped lower body area. The dividable body is dismantled to receive a detachable blade 20 that when affixed has its cutting edge protruding beneath the assembled body midway between the two wheels. Mounted beneath the assembled body is a combined safety shield and material lifting element 19 provided with a flow passage. During the shape cutting process the lamina material may preferably become stretched onto the upper surface of the lifting and supporting element whilst simultaneously being clamped below the pair of wheels. |
