In the present invention, there is disclosed a cylindrical granulating machine intended particularly for continuous pelletizing of optimally moist mixtures of raw materials based on fly ashes and other fine grained and powder raw materials, suitable especially for the preparation of a green charge for the production of artificial aggregate of sintered fly-ashes and for other technological processes in the manufacture of building materials and primary half-finished products, wherein the cylindrical granulating machine of the present invention is of modular design. The contra-rotating cylinders (1) of the invented granulating machine consists of cylindrical segments (2) having the form of disks that are arranged co-axially side-by-side and in dismountable manner onto a shaft (3). The cylindrical segments (2) are provided on their peripheral surface and in the direction of their longitudinal axes with ring-shaped projections (6) and ring-shaped recesses (7) arranged alternately side-by-side.
