Embodiments of the present invention relates to a smart care and eco-management integration system, and a method thereof which provides a smart care and eco-management function for intelligently recognizing bio-signal information of the driver, and vehicle diagnostic information related to a behavior of a driver, a driving circumstance, a vehicle engine, and a component, and preventing a dangerous situation or an accident possibly occurred during driving a vehicle in advance or effectively reacting to the dangerous situation or the accident, and a monitoring function for reducing fuel consumption and pollutants emission.
