The present invention relates to an electronic tape with a superior electromagnetic wave shielding function and superior heat emitting efficiency which comprises: a bonding layer for attachment to an electronic component; a heat diffusing layer which is arranged on the bonding layer and diffuses heat to the electronic component; and a heat emitting layer which is arranged on the heat diffusing layer and emits heat conducted from the heat diffusing layer.
