<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fried egg-like processed egg product having an original egg appearance which is look alike a real fried egg, and to provide a production method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The fried egg-like processed egg product includes a first albumen part using a first albumen part liquid, an egg yolk part using an egg yolk part liquid, and a second albumen part using a second albumen part liquid, wherein the second albumen part has a first tapered part and a second tapered part, the angle to a horizontal plane is larger in the second tapered part than in the first tapered part, the maximum thickness in an area of the second albumen part within a 5 mm radius from an axis passing the center of the egg yolk part is thinner than the maximum thickness in an area of the first albumen part within a 5 mm radius from the axis, the maximum thickness in the area of the first albumen part within a 5 mm radius from the axis is 1-5 mm, and the color of the first albumen part in contact with a bottom face of the egg yolk part is white. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
