<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily compare production planning with actual achievements for every process. <P>SOLUTION: A production management device 10 includes: a storage part 16 that stores an estimated value of a work time of each process included in production planning and an achievement value; and a control part 15 that superimposedly displays a first symbol corresponding to an average value for every process of the estimated values or a first figure, and a second symbol corresponding to an average value for every process of the achievement values or a second figure, on the same scale.
