<p>A solar cell includes: a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type that includes an impurity diffusion layer, in which an impurity element of a second conductivity type is diffused, on one surface side; a passivation film that is formed on the impurity diffusion layer and that is made of an oxide film of a material of the semiconductor substrate; an anti-reflective film that is made of a translucent material having a refractive index different from that of the oxide film and that is formed on the passivation film; a light-receiving-surface-side electrode that is electrically connected to the impurity diffusion layer and that is formed on one surface side of the semiconductor substrate; and a rear-surface-side electrode that is formed on another surface side of the semiconductor substrate.</p> |
