<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation in quenching strain between a material on an upper stage and a material on a lower stage when soaking and cooling a material to be treated in a cooling tank, wherein the material to be treated is placed in a layered manner on multiple stages of a pedestal. <P>SOLUTION: In the cooling tank 100, stirring devices 104a and 104b are installed for generating circulation flows 102a and 102b horizontally crossing an elevating axis 18 in a cooling oil 102 at a lowered position in the cooling tank 100 when a pallet 80 is lowered by an elevator 15. Inside the side plates 112 and 113 of the cooling tank 100, ducts 108a-108d are symmetrically installed so as to form circulation flows 102a and 102b by the stirring devices 104a and 104b, wherein the circulation flows 102a and 102b horizontally traverse between gears W that are placed in a layered manner on the pallet 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
