<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus for an object to be coated, and a coating method capable of attaining coating whose charging load of an object to be coated is reduced and which never badly affects its coating quality. <P>SOLUTION: The coating method includes: a step of forming the circulation flow of coating material beads to allow a downflow of coating material beads that flow from an upper side to a lower side inside a treating tank 10 to be continuously formed; and a step of allowing an air cylinder 70 to be driven to have an object W to be coated advanced into the treating tank 10 from the upper side of the treating tank 10, thereby charging it into the downflow of the coating material beads inside the treating tank 10, wherein the charging load is reduced because the object W to be coated is charged into the coating material beads that are fluidized inside the treating tank 10, and the charging direction of the object W to be coated and the movement direction of the coating material beads are coincided because the object W to be coated is charged by being descended into the downflow of the coating material beads that takes place inside the treating tank 10, thus the charging load is further reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
