The present invention relates to a polarizing plate where a hydrospheric adhesive layer, a primer layer, and a polyethyleneterephtalate protection film are successively formed on at least one surface of a polarizer. The hydrospheric adhesive layer is formed by using hydrospheric adhesive which includes polyvinyl alcohol based resin, amine based metal composite, and pH regulator. The pH regulator includes epoxy (mat)acrylate, alcohol, and acid.
