The present invention relates to a seismic testing apparatus of concrete containers for spent nuclear fuel, comprising: a testing container having a reduced form of a same reduced ratio corresponding to a cask, a canister, and a basket assembly respectively; a base which supports a bottom of the testing container; an excitation means arranged on the bottom of the base, generating a certain amount of earthquake; a measuring means prepared outside of the testing container measuring a state of the testing container which moves by the earthquake generated from the excitation means; and a towing means which prevents an inversion of the testing container.
