According to the present invention, a flickering LED lamp having a fire alarm function comprises: a power unit (10) receiving an outputted fire signal to supply power to a control unit (20); a microprocessor (MPU) (21) controlling an operation of a pulse output unit (22); a control unit (20) including the pulse output unit (22), which outputs a pulse having a predetermined amplitude and period; and a power switch (30) controlling at least one LED lamp (2) to continuously flicker. Therefore, the flickering LED lamp minimizes damage of human life due to fire.
