PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing urethane (meth)acrylate that does not use an organotin compound, and the urethane (meth)acrylate with few coloring.SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the urethane (meth)acrylate that at least uses a polyisocyanate compound (a), and a hydroxyl group containing (meth)acrylate (b) as a raw material, and a catalyst shown by M(L)n is used as a catalyst of a urethanization reaction, wherein M is a central metal, and denotes Fe, Mn, Cu, Zr, Ti, Ni or Bi, L is a ligand, and denotes a β-diketone, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyloxy group, an acyl group or an alkoxy group, n is an integer decided by the valence of the central metal and the denticity of the ligand. The ligand L of the catalyst that remains in an obtained urethane (meth)acrylate inclusion is performed with ligand exchange by using a specific coordination compound, and the coloring of the urethane (meth)acrylate is decreased. |
