<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus transferring rod-like parts like screws and pins in a surely upright state, and performing correct quality determination in the parts inspection by imaging the rod-like parts during transfer. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided an aligning transfer apparatus and the inspection apparatus 1 that include a rotary table transferring screws while attracting the end faces thereof on the transfer face, and a correcting means 12 correcting the screw to an upright posture by attracting a head of the screw on the rotary table respectively. While the screws can be transferred in a surely upright posture by these apparatuses, quality determination in the parts inspection based on the captured images becomes correct by imaging the screws during transfer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
