<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air valve for further easily and quickly performing assembling and disassembling work including maintenance work. <P>SOLUTION: This air valve 1X includes: a valve casing 2 having an air vent 2a in an upper end part and having a hollow part 2c on its lower inside; a cover body 3 having a large air hole 3a facing the air vent 2a and installed in the valve casing 2; a valve element guide 5 arranged in the hollow part 2c; a float valve element 6 arranged inside the valve element guide 5; and an idling valve element 7 arranged in its upper part and having a small air hole 7a facing the large air hole 3a. The cover body 3 is formed by forming a recessed engaging groove 3c on an outside surface of a lower cylindrical part 3b by extending the lower cylindrical part 3b fitted in the hollow part 2c. The valve casing 2 is formed by turnably arranging a lever 22 having an operation part 22a in one and an engaging part 22b capable of being brought into pressure contact with the engaging groove 3c in the other on its outside surface. The lever 22 is formed so that the engaging part 22b is brought into pressure contact with the engaging groove 3c in a first position, and the engaging part 22b separates from the engaging groove 3c in a second position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
