摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal grinding machine and a high frequency vibration/electrolysis hybrid internal grinding method which achieve highly accurate and highly efficient internal grinding and also contribute to reduction in production cost. <P>SOLUTION: The internal grinding machine grinds the inner peripheral surface of a hole Wa to be machined of an electrically conductive workpiece W by means of a grindstone 3. The internal grinding machine includes: a grindstone 3 which is connected to a high frequency vibration unit having a high frequency vibration generator 41 that vibrates at high frequency in a grindstone axis direction; and an electrolytic power source 6 for electrolytic machining by supplying an electrolyte 7 between the workpiece and the grindstone while applying voltage across them so that the workpiece serves as an anode and the grindstone, cathode. The internal grinding machine performs sequentially or simultaneously selectively, high frequency vibration-assisted grinding in which the inner peripheral surface of the hole to be machined of the workpiece is ground while the grindstone is vibrated at high frequency and electrolytic grinding in which the inner peripheral surface of the hole to be machined is ground while being melted by applying a voltage across the workpiece and the grindstone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
