The present invention relates to a roll module (1) for a roll line of a continuous casting machine. The roll module comprises: a shaft (2) which has a first and a second axis-direction end units (21, 22) and is extended in the direction of the axis; a roll mantle (3) which comprises: a cylindrical external surrounding surface (31) extended in the direction of the axis; a cylindrical internal surrounding surface (32) extended in the same direction of the axis; and, an additional first and an additional second axis-direction end units (33, 34); and, a first and a second bearing (41, 42) mounted between the internal surrounding surface (32) of the roll mantle (3) and the shaft (2) to allow a relative rotation between the roll mantle (3) and the shaft (2). For the shaft (2) to have shaft protruding units (23, 24) extended in the first and the second directions of the axis, the first and the second axis-direction end units of the shafts (21, 22) are extended from the external side of the first and second axis-direction end units (33, 34) of the roll mantle in the direction of the axis. The roll module (1) additionally comprises a first and a second fixing means (51, 52) for fixating the roll mantle (3) and the first and the second bearings (41, 42) on the shaft (2) in the direction of the axis. The first and the second fixing means (51, 52) are at least partially placed on the first and the second shaft protruding units (23, 24). The first fixing means is placed on the first axis-direction end unit of the roll mantle in the direction of the axis, and crosses a plane, which is at right angles with the direction of the axis of the shaft. The second fixing means is placed on the second axis-direction end unit of the roll mantle in the direction of the axis, and crosses a plane, which is at right angles with the direction of the axis of the shaft.
