An embodiment of the present invention relates to a flow control valve, more specifically, to a flow control valve which enables an opening and closing operation to block flow of fluid which flows through a pipe. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the flow control valve greatly reduces noise when the valve is opened and closed by adopting a buffer measure to absorb shock while a needle moves inside a valve body and, simultaneously, applying a damping structure which is made up by a valve sheet and a valve plate.
