According to the embodiment, the present invention relates to a transmission system for a vehicle with a manual transmission. According to an embodiment, the transmission system for a vehicle with a manual transmission includes: a first sensor unit sensing whether a speed is changed or not, according to operation of a clutch and outputting a first switching signal according to a sensing result; a second sensor unit sensing whether a gear lever is shifted and outputting a second switching signal according to a sensing result; a sensor switch operated according to the first switching signal and the second switching signal; a power supply unit supplying power according to the operation of the sensor switch; a motor receiving power from the power supply unit; and a worm gear connected between a rotary shaft of the motor and a shift lever of the manual transmission and providing the power in the rotational direction of the shift lever when a speed is changed. |
