<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, inexpensive and lightweight vehicle air volume control device that adjusts the volume of air flowing into a vehicle according to the traveling speed of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The air volume control device 1 includes: a blade member 6 provided to open and close an opening 5 by rotation where an air flow 4 from a front part 3 of a vehicle 2 passes; a rotation support member 7 that rotatably supports the blade member 6 so that the blade member 6 generates rotation to open and close the opening 5 on the basis of the air flow 4 from the front part 3; and a biasing means for biasing the blade member 6 in a direction A toward an opening open position.
