A method for equalizing an output data signal of a voltage mode driver includes the following steps: generating at least one switching signal based on transition of an input data signal inputted to a voltage mode driver and transition of an output data signal outputted by the voltage mode driver in accordance with the input data signal; and current-controlled equalizing the output data signal based on the generated switching signal.
