<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain valve device capable of preventing variance in amount of washing water supplied from a drain port of a washing water tank to a toilet. <P>SOLUTION: The drain valve device includes a valve body which opens and closes a drain port arranged on a bottom surface of the washing water tank, a control cylinder which controls movement of the valve body, has a water storage part to form a water storage region for reserving washing water, and has an opening formed to make the washing water reserved in the water storage part flow into the washing water tank at a predetermined flow rate, a float which is provided in the water storage part of the control cylinder and moves down associatively with the valve body, and a shield member which has a communication port of predetermined width communicating with a part of the opening of the control cylinder and fitted outside the opening of the control cylinder while the opening formed at the water storage part of the control cylinder extends at a lower position of the water storage part to extend substantially horizontally in a slit form, the shield member being changed in position of fitting to the control cylinder to adjust the communication area between the opening of the control cylinder and the communication port, so that the amount of washing water flowing out of the water storage part of the control cylinder into the washing water tank can be adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
