<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and small non-contact IC label which operates as a monopole antenna and is able to communicate even when it is attached to a metal object. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact IC label 1 comprises: a magnetic sheet 10; an antenna part 21 disposed on one surface 10a of the magnetic sheet; an impedance matching circuit part 22 disposed on the one surface of the magnetic sheet and electrically connected to the antenna part; an IC chip 23 provided in the impedance matching circuit part; and a ground part 24 partly disposed on the other surface 10b of the magnetic sheet, bended so that it is arranged along an edge 10b of the magnetic sheet, and electrically connected to the impedance matching circuit part.
