<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain indoor environment of a vacancy of a rented accommodation. <P>SOLUTION: When there is a vacancy, a display operation panel is operated to input the presence of the vacancy. Until a predetermined period (for example, one month) has elapsed after the vacancy is present, control for maintaining the indoor environment is not performed while operation of an air conditioner, a blind shutter device and an electric water heater is stopped and control for maintaining the indoor environment is performed the predetermined period later.
