<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone dust collector that enables reliable and effective removal of dust from a filter which further filters the air from which dust has been centrifuged in a dust collection container, and an electric vacuum cleaner comprising the same.SOLUTION: The cyclone dust collector comprises an inner cylinder which has an air discharge port for discharging air from a center of a dust collection container after rotating air taken in from an air intake port provided on a circumference of a dust collection container in a circumference direction thereof along the cylindrical inner circumference. Dust contained in the air is collected at the bottom of the dust collection container. An engaging part that engages with the lower part of the inner cylinder is provided at the bottom of the dust collection container. Thus, flow of the air in the dust collection container for collecting dust and at the bottom of the inner cylinder can be prevented, dust can be collected at the bottom of the dust collection container, and the dust can be easily disposed by detaching the dust collection container from the cyclone dust collector.</p> |
