<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling and heating apparatus for performing sufficient cooling and heating without using any coil or heater. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling and heating apparatus includes a suction part 2 having a fan 21 for sucking air K according to the rotation of the fan 21, a blowout part 3 arranged at the downstream side of the suction part 2 for blowing out the air K sucked by the suction part 2, a heat storage part 4 arranged so as to be taken in and out to the channel between the suction part 2 and the blowout part 3 and composed of a plurality of containers 41 for beverage in which latent heat storage materials for storing cold or heat are stored, and a water circulation part 5 having a water spray part 51 for spraying water to the heat storage part 4, a drain pan 52 for collecting and storing water sprayed from the water spray part 51 to the heat storage part 4, and a pump 53 for supplying water stored in the drain pan 52 to the water spray part 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
