<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular whitener improved in dispersibility when dispersed in water or hot water and improved in supplied food whitening property. <P>SOLUTION: The granular whitener contains 5-30 mass% of a protein material, 0.3-10 mass% of a microcrystalline cellulose formulation (solid content) containing a thickening stabilizer, and 0.2-30 mass% of a whitening agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
